SHIPPING We Normally ship within 1-5 business days upon receipt of payment. If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via e-mail of an expected ship date. We normally ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail Service. RETURNS & EXCHANGES RETURNS- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Rising Sun Reggae will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 14 days of original ship date in undamaged AS-SHIPPED condition. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If you have an item you believe was damaged during shipping you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will determine what to do next.
