Escape the chilly weather and enjoy a sumptuous array of savoury delights and sweet treats created by the Hotel’s pastry chef Orna Larkin, in the cosy and luxurious surroundings of the Lobby Lounge or by the fire in the Reading Room.
Begin with a selection of delicious finger sandwiches including Cranberry & Turkey on Brioche; Smoked Irish Salmon on Soda Bread and Dill Cream Cheese; Smoked Paprika & Egg Mayonnaise; Roast Ham and Dubliner Cheese on Multigrain bread and afterenjoy fluffy Plain & Fruit Scones and a Pain D’Epice, a stunning gingerbread sponge bread served with Clotted Cream and homemade preserves.
Then, indulge in an assortment of decadent Christmas desserts such as Orange Eggnog Pannacotta; Pear, Pineapple and Vanilla Mousse; and Dark Chocolate, Chilli and Passionfruit Entremet.
